Escorts limited has a 21 acre site prominently located on the main Delhi Faridabad road which is also the main Mathura highway. While this road is rapidly commercialising, Escorts has chosen to retain this site for its corporate centre as it offers maximum visibility and retains the companys history.

The site is the location of Escorts Corporate office, the Knowledge management centre which is their main tractor, agriculture machinery and cranes R&D hub along with outdoor test areas and also central records storage depository.

The site has been haphazardly added to over the years and now requires a comprehensive master plan to regulate addition of new buildings, reorganise security, parking, record storage and employee facilities.
