The Shewalwadi site on the edges of Eastern Pune is conceived as a large dense mixed use community that both links with Pune City through a shared urban node and creates a self sufficient live/work environment.
It includes a site for a large hospital, two major high schools and a wide range of retail spaces for the City and the local community.

These citywide common facilities are accessed from the secondary node that traverses the eastern edge of
the site.

Residential neighbourhoods are self sufficient for leisure and daily needs. Access to work and higher order social amenities is inbuilt in to the development or easily accessed in the site though private and public modes.
